Shipping and returns

Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date of delivery. After this time we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Once your item is received by us you will be notified by email that it has been received. We will also notify you if the item has been approved or rejected for a refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. 


We are happy to exchange an item if we have the requested item in stock. The item must be eligible for a return. Otherwise we can offer a refund through our policy. 

For all tie dyed items these cannot be returned or exchanged as they are custom made, so please choose carefully and double check your sizing.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Return shipping needs to be sent with tracking. 

We do not take any responsibility for lost parcels and cannot issue a refund without proof of returns.


Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
